Associate Sales Representative (Maryland)


HASHEM REALTY is searching for highly motivated, "Un-Real Estate Agent", and entrepreneurial minded individuals to join the team as an Entry Level Sales Representative for our Maryland Territory! Entry Level Sales Representatives are the future leaders of our rapidly growing company. Not only do Entry Level Sales Representatives work to grow a book of business, they may also be eligible to become a Team Leader and open an office of their own in a new market within a year and a half! Sales Representatives are the face of our company and play a huge role in our continued growth! -- Not your Typical Real Estate Agent Position! Sales and Business People Only!

Entry Level Sales Representatives work within a territory (Maryland) as full-time employees and are compensated on a base salary plus commission structure with a visible career and growth path. Your primary functions are to sell our property management services and convert warm leads into properties that will either be managed or sold. You will also follow our proven system to market listings and conduct showings of properties for lease and sale to prospective residents or buyers.


  • (Entry Level) 0-2 years experience in a sales related industry.

  • Must have or be able to obtain a Maryland Real Estate License.

  • Territory is located in Maryland; however, must be able to commute to HQ in Tysons, VA.

  • Experience in a commissioned based role is preferred.

  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Must have the ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent sales goals.

  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as the majority of showings take place during non-business hours.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to respond to and diffuse customer concerns.

  • Must utilize personal transportation to meet with prospects in order to sell our services, hold open houses, inspect properties, and conduct showings.

  • Must have valid driver's license, clean automobile, and automobile insurance.

  • College Degree preferred.



  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, email, warm leads, and networking.

  • Follow defined processes to attract, obtain, and then retain new business clients.

  • Prospect, call, e-mail and network with current landlords to generate listings.

  • Advertise and market listings for rent or sale.

  • Show, preview, and prepare rental and sales listings to prospective residents and buyers.

  • Stay informed of current market trends.

  • Process and screen tenant applicants for rental properties.

  • Maintain a professional appearance & attitude at all times.


Compensation and Benefits:
